Order Cancellation: Please contact us ASAP if an order needs to be cancelled.
For items that have been cut for your custom order, but not yet engraved or shipped, there is a 50% restocking fee.
For engraved orders cancelled after your item has been engraved, but not yet shipped, we can only refund you the shipping cost. You will be charged the full price of the engraved item because after your design is cut into the wood and we cannot use re-use that item.

Refusal of Service: We as a private seller, reserve the right to refuse service as we deem necessary. We expect this to be very rare. However, if we deem a customer transaction to be detrimental to our company image or to our employees for any reason including being: vulgar, obscene, abusing, rude, or purposely wasteful our time, or if we feel we will unable to unable to satisfy the customer, we will refund the purchase price plus shipping. We will send an email stating our reasons why we have chosen to do so.
